Carbon has actual replayability. Most Wanted is one of those game where it takes way too long for the fun to start being had and Underground 2 is alright but it has progression problems.

The only reason nfs fans claim Most Wanted is the best is because of memes.

This one.

Carbon is extremely short, Underground has no cops and less customization then Most Wanted.

Most wanted is the best out of the 3.

none, need a speed a shit.
play midnight club or something

Most wanted

all three are fine

>which will hook me for hours
Then why on earth would you play a need for speed game? No offence nfs fans but these games are boring. Honestly might be right since a lot of the open world games have god awful "track" design.

Most Wanted and Underground 2 are the most fun out of the 3 imo, I'd suggest Burnout 3 and Midnight Club 3 if you want to play sth outside of need for speed.

I just finished most wanted and yeah it kinda takes a while to be fun. Driving shitty cars early on is pretty ass, but once you reach the second area I think it gets more fun.
Don't forget to do the bus stop cheese because I ain't got time to run around and randomly get my hot streak stopped because the cop chasing me got stupid and went the other way.

NFS:Underground, Most wanted (original), and Carbon. In that order

Uhhh the first underground?

>kills a random NPC in his opening cutscene
what was his problem?

Easily Most Wanted. Even the location is fantastic and different. It's not just an off-brand copy of southern California like every other racing game ever made. Carbon only beats it in car customization. Underground 2 feels like a prototype/proof of concept. Not bad by any means, just a bit lacking after Most Wanted and Carbon.

Sometimes I miss Need for Speed World.

>bus stop cheese
Easy cheese. Cheese with challenge is the dockyard. The container cubby and aircraft carrier are where it's at. You can actually get caught in those places, so it doesn't get boring.

burnout 3

I second this anons suggestion OP. Why play NFS when Burnout 3 exists?

Underground 1... I hate the forced open world driving in the games after

These are the best 3 NFS games. Just play all 3

Out of those three in particular? MW without a doubt.

Carbon is objectively shit though.

carbon is the only good one

which of these is the best culture time capsule for the early 2000s?

Underground 1

Telling you that I know I'm no good alone

And I've tried so hard just to be myself
But I've erased everything I was
I tried searching for the truth alone
And I remember everything I've done

MW.

I actually like Carbon the best out of these three.
