I can not access the Steam right now! Me and friend bought thousands of game but now Steam is broken on me.

I had no connection, and can't sign back in having restarted. The store is up, but trying to log in fails after using the steam guard code, so it's not just you user.
According to steamstat.us all the connection servers are down, so that's probably the issue.
