It won't have some humor.webm in its main story, but very likely in some obligatory silly side quests. Not that different from what has been done so far, in the end.

Censored sure, in the west, but I don't think it was pozzed, it feels more like the localization team went "this shit will definitely get us into trouble, let's just remove it to be sure" because like I said, Lin is 11, and some of the outfits in that game were unhinged. The tone of the story seems to depend on the main character. Rex was pretty young, but also was just a normal, everyday citizen given power. 3 being more leveled headed and mature given that there is a "looming" war, but right smack dab in the middle of a war with crimes against humanity, makes sense. The silly Shonen stuff worked for 2, bet the level-headed stuff will work for 3. The first game is kind of a mix.
