no, twisted metal 3 is actually bad. the level design is lazy, the rally car physics were counter intuitive and frustrating, the "regeneration" mechanics, no shield special move, and the endings were terrible. it also seems like they ran out of budget for licensing music, as halfway through the tournament its just originally composed tracks, which is jarring compared to opening with rob zombie
