This is good advice, especially for late-game when Deacon's a walking platform of war and you're actively engaging the large hordes.
The game's generic, slow, dull, slow, long-winded, slow, about a decade late to the zombie party, and wastes your fucking time at every opportunity, but despite all that I don't regret the 80 hours I spent with it.

The first time it snowed and it dynamically built up over time as I drove around actually gave me a boner.

Seconded every word, I play a lot of games that are just filler to waste time while I listen to podcasts but somehow Days Gone managed to be a complete waste of time rather than a time waster even when trying to distract myself

It’s redeemable to me due to being largely uncorrupted by woke, leftist bullshit. It’s a solid 7 that got raised to an 8.5 because of that reason alone.

Hordes were great. I was exploring and came across a horde walking in some woods. I followed it for a bit planning to note the nest location. I paused for a second to check my weapon stock and lost track of them. I went the direction they had been going and came across a derailed train so I went to look for supplies. I got right up next to some train cars on a bridge and looked inside. The fucking horde was in the car and they all jumped up when I looked in and the music kicked in as they all poured out on both sides. Game was an 8/10, human enemies sucked and those segments being the game down.

i only wish hordes respawned. it's the same shit with max max and convoys. easily the best parts of the game but once they're done, you can't really do them again.

gay or bi has some slight relevance, even in an apocalypse. who you feel like boning won't change just because the world is ending, if you happen to find some time for said boning.
