It's the Wii U version in CEMU, Switch emulators suck ass right now.
You can get CEMU on Deck either by installing Emudeck which is the easiest way, or manually installing it via Proton.
Honestly, Wii U games are kind of a pain in the ass to get running regardless of platform. Most torrents come in encrypted format and need to be unencrypted before you can play them. You also need to install update files, which also come encrypted. It's confusing at first but once you understand it it's not so bad.

Use CEMU for BOTW, runs better than the switch emulator
Get the emulator from the discover store, it should be already installed and available through desktop mode
You'll also need an iso - pirate it from emuparadise or romheaven or any other website that seems at least halfway legit
Lastly, you'll need BIOS files. Get those from the internet, you'll often see yt videos "how to install emulator" linking those
That's the way to set up all emulators under the sun, except Retroarch because they're special snowflakes that need their own UI and way of setting up the emulation
