I like the designs and art style of Psychonauts 1 and 2 a lot, 2 a little less so as character designs weren't as creative as the first game.

Not the best, but dishonored is high up there, so is psychonaughts, papers, please, windwaker, darkest dungeon, pathologic 2, madworld, Red Dead, Death Stranding, Morrowind, Bioshock

I like the whole art direction of the Ori games from the enviorement to the character design.
And Ori 2 was definitely a step up in every way but especially in the character design aspect. Loved it.
