I legit think there will be a DLC for that. Barely finished the game and reading Edelgard's letter she says "The war will continue".
Makes sense because at the end of her route she hasn't taken Faerghus yet, and I imagine Claude will betray her too. IMHO it just leaves the ending a bit open ended, which could likely be where a DLC comes in.

Constance and Yuri/Balthus. They wouldn't make s supports and epilogues without their most popular ships, so they're most likely just not adding any.
