Post more of my daughterwife

You need to remember that a lot of people here are autistic and enjoy stuff like building a pc.

What is filtering you?

the only fun part is turning it on and being relived it works

wait until you find you'll be spending all your time browsing Any Forums instead of playing games.

The only annoying part is connecting case cables to it because of how tiny they are. Everything else is pretty huge so you can basically figure it out on your own

feel free to leave anytime

who the fuck said it's fun?
it's just not hard

Connecting 7 lego pieces together with explicit directions is too hard.

it too hard where app store

I plugged the motherboard, the reset and power pins are all on but the case USB cables won't fit on the MB slots.

No I have autism myself but not the smart kind. I have the socially awkward stupid and lazy kind of autism.

Why would you EVER think building a PC is fun? Just acquiring parts (always from first party retailers) can be a nightmare. I've had countless parts arrive with the sound of something rattling. I've lost hundreds of dollars because I was stupid enough to call my bluff, and voided the warranty in the process.

So I checked again and I was plugging things in the wrong flippin USB port, how the hell was I supposed to know? they all look the same.

How did you figure it out?

this
>sweating like a madman during first pc build
>have to walk away from components every 15 seconds to wipe forehead and make sure no drop falls on anything
>reread the tutorial over and over again to make sure i'm doing it right
>stressed over fucking anything up and wasting hundreds of dollars cause of my fuckup
>get it all done in just under 6 hours
>turn it on
>it fucking works
>*massive sigh of relief*
>feel like i cheated death
>chuckle and 3 years later I'm here posting on Any Forums

glad i got into this just before the whole chip shortage thing went on

Just buy a laptop

How does it feel to have double digit iq?

comfy

By checking on my old build pic, which I didn't build btw, but the USB C pins are connected above alongside le ram
I was trying to plug them below, near the CMOS, where the panel pins were. Can anyone tell me where USB C slot is in this motherboard? I can't tell

Building a PC is literally the easiest its ever been, and it only gets easier every year

>build a new pc
>forgot to install the I/O shield

IO shield is placebo on modern PCs. Those were designed when the max power draw of a high end desktop was 200W for the whole system and they were scared stray signals would scarmblee your signals. Signals are much higher power now than those were so the shield isn't even needed anymore.

But muh aesthetics?

When are you looking at the back of your case?

When I'm plugging in cables

All the time, the shield is important!

Deacon stop posting on Any Forums.

Your motherboard might not have a plug for front panel usb C. In that case you'll have to install a mini pcie card for it.
