Can you play Cod Warzone on Linux? Lutris doesn't say anything
>X11
Old and broken
>Wayland
New and broken
Is there any hope?
looks like no since they have some AIDS kernel anti-cheat that isn't supported on Linux yet
I use Wayland as a daily driver, I found it began working out for me better than X11 after I moved to Arch since shit was constantly updated. Meanwhile if you're relying on official repos from shit like Ubuntu you'll wait ages for updates and deal with breakage until then.
Not saying its perfect, but it's not getting new features like VRR
plain some new vegas currently
about to install unity and make a game on linux mint, any advice?
*it's nice getting new features
fml
I just read shit this

yeah the problem is Wayland is under-specified to be a total replacement for X, there needs to be a larger spec to make it work properly for that use-case. Instead each DE is making their own "Wayland++" so to speak to get around these issues but really all of this should have been standardized from the get-go.
oh, are those faggots routing traffic away from linux gaming? i don't doubt it.
include anime girls for coomers
anyone ever give the nobara distro a try?
I just beat EDF 5 on hard with all classes, now I'm onto hardest. I'm on Arch btw
try not to rely too much on the asset store, a lot of those tools only work on Windows too. If you have absolutely 0 experience I think you'd be better off with something like godot
does rdr2 work on linux?
I put linux gaming on par with console game. Sure, it's possible, but its just shitter than windows.
Natively? No. Rockstar hates Linux.
With Proton? The latest ProtonDB reports for desktop PC say it mostly works. The latest reports for Steam Deck say it crashes.

Deck reports are on top, so scroll way the fuck down for the PC reports if you don't care about Steam Deck. ProtonDB apparently wants to be DeckDB now. (Either that or the guy running the site didn't think about how shitty it would be for PC users once there are a lot of Deck reports for a game.)
That's cool but literally nobody asked.
ah, the old reliable bait
it's nice to see it still being used
have a starting (you)
