It's vanilla wit ha few tweaks. You will need some time to get used to it, but it's worth it. Really fun server.

We have build contests and brawls in spawn, every redstone machine built somewhere, fuck around commands like like /cuddle and /ride. You can beg or barrow anything you need, or build it yourself. Join a town, live in the ground, tour the server by canal system.
