WHAT WERE THEY THINKING
WHAT WERE THEY THINKING
I wish I got one of these. Not just to play Kid Icarus, but just to be lazy while playing Pokemon.
Early 3DS era felt like some 90s add-on shit at times with stuff like this and the Circle Pad Pro.
What was the circle pad pro used for again? Did any games actually use it?
Monster Hunter, mostly. I think Kid Icarus supported it, and I know that Resident Evil Revelations did too.
No clue, it was more comfortable playing without that thing than with it
Ace Combat: Assault Horizon Legacy
Code Name: S.T.E.A.M.
Dragon Quest X
Dynasty Warriors VS
Final Fantasy Explorers
Kid Icarus: Uprising
Kingdom Hearts 3D: Dream Drop Distance
The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D
Luigi's Mansion (3DS)

Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate
Monster Hunter Generations
Monster Hunter XX
Moon Chronicles
Nano Assault EX
One Piece: Unlimited World RED
Samurai Warriors Chronicles 2nd
Shantae and the Pirate's Curse
Steel Diver: Sub Wars
The CPP was basically a monster hunter add-on.
MH, MGS, Resident Evil, Majora's and a bunch of others
Resident Evil: Revelations (2012)
Kid Icarus: Uprising (2012)
Steel Diver: Sub Wars (2013)

It's a fucking disgrace, not even Metal Gear was compatible with it
MGS was compatible, what the fuck are you on about nigger
>WHAT WERE THEY THINKING
Some faggot is going to get filtered and complain, let's put a piece of plastic so he can play more comfortable.
I can see it being used for something like pokemon or something that only uses the stylus, it is not good with kid icarus.
why didn't they use gyro for the reticle? or at least support circle pad pro?
The 3DS's viewing angles for 3D makes gyro controls suck.
Kid Icarus literally caused wrist injuries in children and adults.
Played Ace Combat Assault Horizon a while back. Using the circle pad to control was such a pain on my hand I had to switch to the simplified controls
Lie. The same scheme was in previous decade games' and everyone embraced it.
You're suppose to use ABXY to aim
Boy, I wish New 3DS/2DS had an actual second circle pad, instead of that c-stick. Easily the worst attempt at second analog I had tried.
Right-handed people have nothing to complain about with this game, it's fine. Also a thumb strap works wonders with it.
Senran Kagura 2 uses it for camera control. It's actually real fucking nice having that.
