For me? It's Ark. Luckily, I don't play it now and haven't in some years, but this is the most addicted I got to a game. I was, at one point, running an alpha tribe which expanded itself across multiple servers. For weeks I was hoping for someone to just raid us and defeat us so I could stop playing the game, but it never happened. Finally our tribe was betrayed from within. Some guys from within got greedy and tried to take everything into a new tribe. They actually fucked up and locked everyone out of the base and dino ownership and I also logged in on time to kill a bunch of passive Wyverns they were planning on claiming ownership of.
All details aside, the tribe just disintegrated from within and destroyed itself... and I couldn't have been more relieved.

Literally just stop playing. I was borderline addicted to Rocket League on and off since it launched, up until I quit last year. And I'm so glad I stopped. Game is incredible and very fun but there is no game that is worth pouring thousands of hours into.
