OP is retarded. In Competitive Pokemon, you're expected to raise a team of Pokemon with perfect IVs, natures, exclusive moves, etc. This is obviously very tedious and time consuming so most competitive Pokemon players just inject competitive viable Pokemon into their game using PKHeX which takes seconds.
It ultimately doesn't matter if your Pokemon are injected or not because the game still has checks to see if they're legal. If your team is legal like most injected pokemon are, then your victory depends on your skill aka not cheating. People like OP are just mad that people don't waste their precious time grinding out viable Pokemon for hours like he does.

When the objective of the media is to entertain instead of display competence, shortcuts to entertainment are taken. (Kill streaks and trick shots) When the objective of a game is to display competence instead of sportsmanship, competence is replaced with cheating. (Rust, Escape from Tarkov, The Cycle, Warzone, etc)

Given enough time it becomes impossible to break the meta. I am pretty sure they cycle which pokemon are legal to mix things up. Granted this is a short term solution as people figure out the meta for the given legal pokemon.
