Graphics aren't modern enough and it wasn't ported to the PSP at the end of it's lifecycle. Much like everything before FF7, everyone pretends the games don't exist because there's no 3d models.

In Atlas's defense, from my understanding, they planned to bring EP PSP over despite lackluster sales of IS but there was some kind of programming issue that made the game difficult to translate.
