where the fuck can I play this specific version of tetris (pic related)? I assume you just download the flash file and use the flash emulator, but I swear there was a version where you'd download the exe file and play on your PC.

I play it on an X-Arcade Tankstick with the bumper controls bound to the buttons on the left and right side so it feels like a real pinball machine, but a keyboard or gamepad are both fine too I'm sure
