So wait, is she actually Nerissa?
So wait, is she actually Nerissa?
Who
idk, it was weirdly vague and went right over my head
i was hoping 2 would elaborate on it a bit
other way around
yes, it was heavily implied by the end
the whole twist of the ending is that Faith was alive and glamoured as Nerissa, not the other way around
Then why the fuck is her head on the steps then?
because the head was glamoured. they remained glamoured even after dying, as we saw with Holly
A fake.
Ok but who the fuck is Faith? Which fable/folk tale character?
You fuckers are dumb. The woodsman at the start recognizes "Faith" from a previous night. "Faith" doesn't recgnize the Woodsman. Thus Faith is already dead before game begins. "Faith" is Nerissa. That head is Faith's.
ass’ skin
Proof?
no, YOU’RE fucking dumb. pay attention to Nerissa’s final line to Bigby and listen to the audio call backs directly after.
That's Nerissa larping as Faith.
Holy shit that's a blast from the past. I thought you meant the girl from rumplestiltskin because a rump is an ass.
Kind of unfair how all the women from the fairytale world, even Bloody Mary, are natural 12/10 while men are at most 8/10 when glamoured.
Yeah the old has with the tree is a dime I'll tell you what.
Faith’s final words to Bigby: “you’re not as bad as everyone says you are.” same exact thing Nerissa says to Bigby before walking away. the subsequent audio call backs which follow then elaborate on this — “I feel like we’ve met before.”, “do you like my ribbon?”, “Faith wore one too.” that’s Bigby piecing together why Nerissa seemed so familiar to him; she reminded him of Faith. then he recollects Bufkin reading Faith’s fairytale story, which was her “hiding her beauty so she could escape The Kingdom”. the implication is that Faith was glamoured as Nerissa and kickstarted the events of the entire game, just as she admitted to Bigby whilst glamoured as Neruda. the title of the game is a double entendre — Faith’s a “wolf in sheep’s clothing”, or a “wolf among us”.
glamoured as Nerissa*
Then why doesn't "Faith" remember the Woodsman?
because it isn’t a perfectly written game by any stretch of the imagination. doesn’t invalidate what the ending of the game is meant to be
what was meant to be is always invalidted by what actually was.
then take it up with the bloody writers. I’m explaining what the ending definitively was implicating, so stop arguing with me over it
stop getting defensive over fanfic.
