This. Skyrim Anniversary Edition adds a substantial amount of new content to the game. In fact, it's the best content Bethesda has ever put out, dwarfing both Oblivion and Morrowind in terms of quality.

Don't know, but Anniversary broke a lot of mods when it came out. There's a way to downgrade the game but still keep the extra content, go read the OP on /tesg/ if you're interested.
