strictly speaking skyrims enemy variety isn't actually that low either, it's just that too many enemies are too rare with dragur being too common

The issue with Skyrim is also most enemies fight the same. It doesn’t matter whether you fight a draugr, or bandit, or falmer, they have the exact same two swing animations
