There are elite 5 "mosnter" encounters in the whole game, but they are more tedious than spooky, you usually just want them to fuck off asap and continue with exploring
But even then, there's a pussy mode where you can turn them off so they can't kill you
The creepiness comes more from the atmosphere and themes of the game
