Juri in SF V isn't complex or hard to play. Capcom was just totally incompetent and didn't know what to do with her. She was completely borked in terms of balance for the duration of SF V's lifespan. She got some decent buffs with the very final balance patch that released recently, but it's a case of "too little, too late."
If Capcom knew what the fuck they were doing, she wouldn't be so hard to play. Here's hoping they don't muck it up for SF 6. Although, judging by the screens and character design so far, I ain't holding my breath
