Besides the Open World thing, didn't its "minimalistic" approach to music literally got copied by Sonic for Sonic frontiers? It's because of Breath of the Wild's success that Sega is now determined to kill one of Sonic games' only good feature which is: having good music. That's a pretty influential thing if you ask me.
