too big
looks retarded

ur ultrawide

Remember to enable 144hz. Had one for a year and didn't realize it was running 60hz because I didn't flip an option hidden in some Nvidia control settings.

Of course, thankfully im not that retarded.

Too many games don't support it natively. I have an ultrawide and it's cool in some scenarios but mostly just a meme.

yeah I love having all my games be pillarboxed

Enjoy, moving to 1440p was the best thing Ive done. Hope you got a decent sized one though, mines 27" and I wish I had gotten a 32" one

24" is already pretty big to me
I saw 32" in a store and i couldn't play on that
27" is the perfect size for me

>when I have a 1050ti
Big oof, my card feels so shitty now cause it can't run anything past 1080p and now I have to ruin shit windows instead of fullscreen. Thinking of going back to the old monitor and using this ultrawide on my piano or something. The ultrawide IS nice for non-gaming shit though.

I'd rather not have to purchase a crypto mining rig's worth of graphics cards to run my games at 144 fps, thanks.

>He didn't put his into a shitcoin and got a free 10x like everyone else

I've had 1440p 27" for 3 years now and am waiting for the aoc 24" 1440p IPS monitor.
I feel like 27" is too big for fps games, my performance went down alot compared to my old 23" 1080p 120hz

Poorfags, please.

>144hz

How powerful of a gaming rig would you need to play at framerate? I play at 1440p at 60 fps with a 2080 ti. I don't have a 144hz monitor but I don't think I would be able to reach that framerate.

dodged a bullet

You don't need to have a solid 144. Hear of gsync/freesync? You just cap the framerate at 140 and leave the GPU do it's thing. Even 80fps is way more smoother then 60 in first person games.
