Did you ever buy versions of games that were ports and not the original?
Did you ever buy versions of games that were ports and not the original?
Imagine asking for the game boy version and not the genesis version haha
besides the actually good pc ports like resonance of fate, this
Got Morrowind for the OG Xbox the loading times were 5 minutes long every time you went through a door.
Im fucking serious
it sold rly well there didnt it
I bought Street Fighter 4 on the 3DS because it looked really impressive for a handheld game.
>Had spyro as an unlock before Nitro Fueled
yeah
it's usually to see how the ports are different though, i've always played the originals first
Also had all the bosses unlockable before Nitro Fueled.
The way you unlocked Fake Crash was kind of novel as well
Several times such as getting the xbox port of Doom 3 and its expansion as an example
I bought this version before the HD one. Didn’t realise it was completely different. Actually pretty good aside from forced tutorials at the start
Did anyone play this for more than 10 hours? Game just died immediately after release on console.
i tried the demo on 360 like 2 years ago and it was all brazilians
idk why people play it when csgo has been f2p on pc for years lol
This was about a year before I built my own gaming PC. While I would never recommend it today, the Xbox port of it was impressive for its time and I think did a good job of capturing how the game was on PC for the most part.
>all brazillians
There you go, third worlders playing it on their used 360's because they can't afford a laptop.
but you have to pay for xbox live gold to play online
My PC sucked when this came out and I really wanted to play TF2. I saw the Team Roomba videos a few months later and upgraded my PC for the PC version of TF2. God, I miss that game and those servers.
Fallout 3 and New Vegas both on PS3.
The former hardlocked on the final quest because Liberty Prime's AI broke. Reloading did nothing, my entire save was borked.
New Vegas was a buggy shitfest too. Not having access to console commands for when shit inevitably breaks fucking sucks.
It depends. Is the port good? And even if it’s good, is it accurate to the original?
i played it a lot on x360. it had a decent community back in the day
