How's the modding scene for these games?

Am I the only one that isn't a big fan of the first game or the remake? I like the atmosphere of being in a dead city ( 2, 3, outbreaks). Those are my favorites.

for PS1 games? it's insane

The mods are for the Sourcenext version that is for PC, nothing like this would be possible on a console game hack.
