>game has 7 difficulty settings
Game has 7 difficulty settings
name thrembo games
>game has 7 difficulty settings
>the highest 2 are locked
>you have to beat the game to unlock the 2nd one
>you have to beat the game on 2nd highest to unlock the highest difficulty
Who cares?
You shouldn't play below the hardest one anyways.
>the “hardest” one is actually the easiest because despite dealing insane damage most enemies die from a single headshot
>game has 7 difficulties
>expert is normal
>very hard is easy
>everything below that the game plays itself
>That incelcut
unfortunately i work 40 hours a week so im going to play whatever difficulty the devs envisioned the game to be played.
the only problem with that is trying to figure out if the devs think normal = normal or if normal = easy
Name 2 (TWO) games?
>game has 10 difficulty levels
>Game has 17 difficulties
almost every devil may cry game and doom 2016 and eternal i think
I miss video games.
This, you should play as the devs intended, at least the first time to get a feel for the crafted experience. After that you can modify it as you like
>game has multiple difficulty settings
>you have to beat 1 to unlock the next
>game allows you to change difficulty mid playthrough
>all difficulty settings are variations of damage dealt vs damage received as an attempt to mask an incompetent AI
>every enemy is now a bullet sponge, so combat is just a DPS race
>play Alien Isolation
>game was developed with the hardest difficulty in mind
>mfw looking back on playing it and having a blast
>baby mode
>hard
>very hard
>expert
>Nightmare
>UNGHHH!
>and some joke difficulty like chair mode
>game directly mocks you for playing easy mode
lmao. in most games its the other way around.
>hard mode? no problem. lets just give em final stage enemies in level 1 and double the amount towards the end
DBZ Budokai 3 is the worst example
>Beat game on Very Hard to unlock Z difficulty
>Beat game on Z to unlock Z2
>Beat game on Z2 unlocks Z3
>Beating game on Z3 does fuckall but a little trophy saying "thanks for wasting your fucking time"
>Easy
>Normal
>Hard
>Very Hard
>GANGRAPE MODE
>BURNING IN HELL FOR ETERNITY MODE
>game has difficulty slider bar that just dictates how little hp you have and how much hp enemies have with absolutely no changes but tediousness to gameplay
FUCK YOU TODD
>you die from one shot
>so do the enemy
the only fair difficulty
There was a weapon in Golden Axe: Beast Rider that did this. Made the game a genuine challenge.
Would this make every boss fight a joke
>have to beat hardcore to unlock insane
>insane isn't really that much harder than hardcore
At least it had pretty good replayability.
playing on the hardest difficulty in Metro 2033 took the game from being great to being fucking outstanding, you have to really focus on everything, learn from every failure, take the entire area and level into consideration etc etc. Just a fucking kino experience.
