I got the DualSense and while it's comfier to hold and I find it easier to press the triggers, I've been mis-hitting multis way more than I did on the DS4. The D-pad feels less precise so it's easier to accidentally hit diagonals, though maybe I just need to get used to it. Hisokee also dislikes how the buttons feel mushier than the DS4 (which is true, but also something you might get used to.)

-Use the high refresh rate mod
-Cap your fps with software like RTSS/Nvidia Panel/Radeon Software
-Update your sound drivers
-Change sound frequency of your device to 44100hz or 48000 hz
-Disconnect and reconnect your audio device

For AMD users Mega Mix+ has better performance due to using DX11 instead of OpenGL. So songs like Senbonzakura F, Knife, Ghost Rule, Kimi No Taion, Decorator will have better performance compared to AFT
