How does someone get a custom fight stick like OP's image?

>buy colored screws
>buy custom buttons
>buy custom ball top / dustcover (ring under it)
>download art template, place art on it and ship it off to focusattack
it's pricey but pretty easy to do. Only tricky thing is taking the joystick apart/reassembling

And my current stick. All Seimitsu parts, AFS case with a Brook board. Really want to get a Panthera for travel because while this thing is great, it's also heavy as shit and does not travel.
