Steam Summer Sale 2022

post carts, talk about deals, help others with vidya recommendations

>What should I get?
steam250.com/ is a great resource if you're stuck on what to buy for any niche
otherwise try store.steampowered.com/recommender/

ALWAYS look up a game on PCGW: pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Home especially for older titles.
even 'broken' games usually have great community fixes.

If you want potentially cheaper deals, check out isthereanydeal.com or gg.deals (filter the deals by DRM: Steam)

drop griftlands unless you don't mind supporting tencent who owns klei now. get rid of anything that has a deal under 33% off.

Thoughts? What should I cut?

You should add Sex and the Furry Titty.

nobeta and kaiju princess. the discounts are poor.

unironically everything but black mesa

Nobeta has never gone on a significant discount. Other one JUST came out.

Reminder: Don't buy DLC, use creamapi instead.

>just get banned bro
nahhh

INFRA is great hotline miami 2 as well can't say much about the rest besides spelunky is pretty hard

I tried the demo for RE8 Village but it ran like ass no matter what I out the settings to. The framerate was generally low, plus the game would stutter and go into slow motion sometimes? Anyways, does the actual full game have these issues or was it patched? I'm thinking of buying it to try it out then refunding it if the game still runs like ass.

do KOTOR 1 and 2 still hold up? i've never played either. are there recommended mods or anything?

I play Warhammer online with it, no problems. "You'll be banned" is fearmongering by butthurt devs.

What are the best bundles?
Haven't bought Steam games in years but I'm looking forward to eventually getting a deck and want to bolster my library. Already have the Valve Complete Pack.

4, 6, 8, and 9

you can emulate all the worthwhile ones. not sure why you'd bother buying them.

pick up deep rock galactic
its at its lowest price ever

thank you gaben for giving a code that actually fucking works, and so fast too
I will probably have to double the minoxidil dose this night, I almost lost my hair

XIII if you enjoy armpits. If you don't, then begin appreciating them.

No one gets banned over creamapi on single player games.
However, it's an interesting economical phenomenon that creamapi exists. One would expect that people would either pirate the game or buy it, but there's also a niche who want to buy a part of the game.

Very based.

Why would they ban creamapi users? at least they pay for something, unlike pirates.

>One would expect that people would either pirate the game or buy it,
Are you kidding? Shit like this is why it exists.

if you enjoy point and click games there's the blackwell bundle

is devil may cry 5 worth buying?

yes retard

just 5, the rest are irrelevant

If the DLC is $60 then cramapi is effectively a 50%
However, behavioral economics suggest that the perceived discount is much greater.
The reason why I find it interesting is because the base game still has some value that's greater than obtaining the game at 100% off by pirating. Creamapi is evidence that piracy is indeed a service problem.

>is 1 button may beat the game: the series worth buying????
no retard

Fuck yes

Recommend me puzzle games if I like these three beauties.

Too fucking autistic. And the dev is autistic enough to patch out solutions that are not his own.

EYE and Pathologic are niche picks and cheap. I personally love them both, but you might hate them.

Not my cup of tea but the music is comfy. I'll bump you.

stop buying new blood games

Am I an undiagnosed schizo or do the category browsers seem to only have a handful of games? I click one and even after browsing all the sub-categories I can count a total of 30, maybe 40 games in there. It's like the catalogue get shorter whenever a sale hits.
