Steam Summer Sale 2022

post carts, talk about deals, help others with vidya recommendations

>What should I get?
steam250.com/ is a great resource if you're stuck on what to buy for any niche
otherwise try store.steampowered.com/recommender/

ALWAYS look up a game on PCGW: pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Home especially for older titles.
even 'broken' games usually have great community fixes.

If you want potentially cheaper deals, check out isthereanydeal.com or gg.deals (filter the deals by DRM: Steam)

gunvolt, it's not very good

>could blow thousands of dollars and not make much of a dent in my savings account
>cant convince myself to spend $20 for a game when it looks like it is worth $10

Kill yourself.
I dont know anyone can stand HK, it's super boring.

Are there any games that give a similar feeling of exploration as early game Stellaris?

Gunvolt and Project Nimbus. Never heard of steel assault so no opinion. The rest are good choices.
If you just want single player then maybe pass on DBFZ.

fighterz

play another fighter

Just bought a pc last week, what should I buy?

Endless Space 2. It's another space strategy game.
Alien Isolation if you like horror.

I haven't opened steam since 2015, and back then I'd just log into Killing Floor, CSS to play zombie mod, or L4D. Any active co-op games with decent communities you'd recommend?

Tropico 4 and 6 are some of the best citybuilders ever.

You've got like 500 hundred hours worth of games, enough consooming.

I need a comfy game badly

HELP

I love puzzle games.

Valve titles are a must for new comers to PC imo. Get the Orange Box, Left 4 Dead 2, Portal 2, Half Life 1 or Black Mesa

played 5 and it was meh, 6th seems to be reskin with monuments added
no variety of buildings

get new vegas ultimate edition and fallout 3 game of the year edition so you can play the tale of two wastelands mod (it lets you play a single save across both games, and on the new vegas engine. the install is extremely easy, aka its just download the exe and wait for it to do its thing)

portal 1 and left 4 dead 2 are the only good games valve ever released

Is controller support a problem in dead rising 1 or is it just dead rising 2

I'm in for a puzzle game that's reminiscent of professor layton. any help?

gunvolt is a very poorly made action platformer that tried to market itself as a mega man successor but plays nothing like it, and is designed pretty amateurly. it's kinda just weeb bait. dunno about nimbus.

>Dwarves

Sold.

Is Steel Assault any better?

...

How do I stop consooming when I play games maybe a couple hours a week now?

Shopping for some coomer games.
What should I add/remove?

Attached: coom.png (620x271, 67.76K)

dating simulator games that's make me feel comfy and not alone and might be sexual but does not have to be?

Attached: LittleNuns.jpg (350x198, 27.63K)

Is the first Dying Light any good?

Midnight Castle Succubus is a coomer game and a fun castlevania title.

Does anyone have a good JRPG game to recommend?
My budget is $80, I was also thinking of buying Tales of Arise or a FF game

I dont really see what the big deal is unless you're spending hundreds
Spend $100 max on a sale now so you games to play all year, nothing wrong with that.

DO I need all the DLCs?

is squad good?

dunno. if you want a good mega man style game, look into rosenkreuzstilette 1 and 2, tayal, 30XX, and takkoman.

Any yay or nay? I'm kind of on the fence about Visage because I'm afraid of the game becoming a slog 2 or 3 hours into it and I won't be able to return it by then. I've read it's quite spooky but also pretty hard and confusing without a guide. Has anyone played it?

Attached: cart.jpg (371x551, 21.56K)

no, all the dlcs are cosmetics that have no effect on the gameplay.

Attached: 81LEa1SkjVL.jpg (1494x2141, 378.73K)

Slime Rancher is comfy.

i dont recommend it

Morrowind is a few hundred hours of fun if you don't get filtered by how weak/slow you are at the start. The power curve doesn't really exist, you just suddenly become a god at some point.

what yall think

Attached: steam.png (617x563, 104.78K)

umihara and morrowind are a good time

Vermintide 2 as long as you're not doing Cataclysm difficulty, thats where all the schizo autists are

Thoughts?

the two colonels dlc for metro exodus is still bugged to where you cant make it past the christmas or new years party cut scene about an hour in. also, at least get the other metro games too if you are going to play exodus
thehunter call of the wild wasnt worth it at all in my opinion, and i wouldnt recommend it
>the witcher
take that shit off
