I'd like to get the opinion of someone around 40 on this. I think SA has the most memorable music but I was also fucking 11 when it came out so I ended up listening to this music throughout my teens so of course I prefer it.

III, IV and V had largely forgetable licensed music. If consider how these titles are different from VC and SA you will probably get why. (Hint: It's not because of the roman numerals)
because you were at least a decade removed from those tracks from when the game was set to when you played it so rockstar had a more curated approach to finding the best. gta v's music was mostly from the year it came out.
Best song to play in GTA V and perhaps the entire franchise.
