There are so many classes in this game, I can't imagine they have more than the 3 arts we see in-game each, + the level up arts you get on the left side of the screen.

I would be surprised even if there were 4 but you could only pick 3 like in Xenoblade 2

Most likely Monolith’s in-house artist, there’s a very clear different style they have and you can see it on some characters in 2 as well.
