People who started with fallout 3 just see BOS as le good guys.
So those same people who try out FNV end up thinking Mr. House is "the bad guy" when he tells you to destroy them
You can actually see this through achievements. Majority of people get Yes Man ending, because they follow House to a point where NCR nor Legion trust Courier, then when House tells them to destroy BOS, they kill him because he's le bad and they're just stuck with Yes Man at that point
