Behold, the best console UI ever created.
Behold, the best console UI ever created
True.
Its shit. And also comes from a poorly designed console prone to hardware failure. Discs are garbage.
>opens store
Are you sure about that
ozone is better
>absolute garbage for gaypads with no controls
>giga sized font because consoleniggers are blind
>all that empty space everywhere
>soulless flat zoomer icons
>no contrast because they are tasteless retards
This is a quintessential soi-core software UI. Absolute eye-bleeding cancer.
I guess it is. Definitely better than the 360 then. Current Xbox isn't bad, but it's goofy how you have to quit every app manually (even the settings and store app).
ayo isnt that retroarch
The XMB was godlike, and I'm butthurt that they went away from it with the PS4
Failure of the store UI, not the system UI
>>giga sized font because consoleniggers are blind
All TV UI is big. WTF kind of point is that? You'll kill your eyes trying to read Windows for too long on a TV. Even magnified at 300%, it's not meant for it.
The original PS3 store had a good UI to match the XMB. It was clean, fast, well-organised, and easy to navigate. Then they replaced it with the new store which was ugly, slow as fuck, and a pain in the arse to navigate. This would foreshadow the following fuckup of the PS4 UI.
>Games are at the end of the menu
The lack of a search function kills it
For me its, it's the Xbox 360's original blades UI.
Of course it had a search.
too soulful, had to be scrapped
What followed was that horrible metro or whatever it was called. I can't imagine how bad it is now, glad I ditched console gaming in 2013.
I hate how the console makers will have completely unnecessary changes. With the PS3 and PS4 if you double tapped the PS button you'd leave the menus and go back to the game, but with the PS5 this functionality no longer exists and was replaced by nothing at all
my last 360 update had the atrocious windows 8 fashioned UI, never played the newer consoles but i bet it's even worse
The menu starts from Right to Left user...
Right to left
