i genuinely believe that elden ring gets so bad at the end that i just dont like the game. the first like 2/3 had me in ultra onions mode but the end was just fucking bad, and be honest 90% of the bosses arent shit.

you are objectively wrong. beat ds3 sl1 and BB is up there in my favorite souls games next to dark souls 1. maybe if your stupid nigger brain could hold information for more than 20 minutes youd be able to google the frame data and animation length for the end game bosses of dark souls 3 and then do it in elden ring, since their dodge rolls are functionally identical. bloodborne isnt even a fair comparison since that game is designed to be fast and you have a compensation tool for that which is steps instead of weighty rolls and equip burden.

i dont even mind shitty areas its part of every souls game to be honest you just have to slough through it the only game i think that is pretty much void of a supremely shit area is Demons Souls and that game is just consistently middling the whole time

i dont even take git gud seriously in todays from landscape. it was true for orenstein and smough, it was true for old king allant, it was true for flamelurker, it was true for every boss before elden ring for the most part (except shit bosses like bed of chaos), but bosses in elden ring like malenia, godskin duo, maliketh, these are just despicable bosses that have no explaination as to why theyre so pointlessly difficult and overpowered. this is the only souls game where ive used summons genuinely out of necessity to beat a boss.

Elden Ring is objectively everything miyazaki was against. But Bandai wanted to milk more money from him.
None of ER was 'self-respect' or 'dignity' as he called it. Designs are grotesque just for the sake of it, mechanics are cheap just to make you lose and seem hard instead of being a real challenge, the story is just a discount version of every other Froms games stitch together.
I like many aspects of ER and it's by no meaning a 'bad' game. But it is a bad Souls games and an absolutely bad miyazaki's game.

When I got to it, I instantly remembered how shit it was in 2 but thankfully based Miyazaki gave us Torrent, so I mounted up and just galloped through it all

as someone who consistently will put dark souls 2 as worst souls game to this day, majula is easily the best most beautiful and filled with life hub world. maybe not the most fitting in a souls game, but inarguably the most attractive visually.

To be fair you have to have a really high iq to appreciate elden ring so maybe the end game just went over your heads? Did you ever consider that?
