Suzuki Bakuhatsu for the psx where a chick disarms bombs that are everywhere like in, erm, oranges
This is Dragon's Dream for the Sega Saturn, the first console MMORPG released in 1997. The Sega Saturn had online play, and not just in Japan but for a number of US games as well such as Duke Nukem 3D, Saturn Bomberman, and had online versions of games like Virtual On released for it as well. Dragon's Dream was shut down in 1999.
Also for the psx, Engacho -- a neat puzzle game with flying butts
Jingle Cats is a relaxing but fun game, a sort of cat raising simulator with sloppy looking graphics that add to its charm. You look after cats, raise them and feed them, groom and wash them and try to get them to fall in love so they make kittens. There's lots of detailed animation and the ways you play with your cats can be very entertaining.
Is Segagaga still obscure? An rpg for the dreamcast where you gather sega characters for your party in order to compete against the evil corp, obviously-not-sony.
Look what became of my boi
Docchi Mecha for the PlayStation. It's a console strategy game, like all good console strategy games embraces the strengths of the platform and does not control like a PC strategy game where you point & click.
It's good.
>Still no translation

This is a localized version of The Need for Speed (which also came out in Japan under the name Over Drivin' DX) in which the cars have been replaced with a brand new roster of Nissans
