>it gets good X0 hours in
>it's fun with friends
>you just got filtered
>you just don't get it
>you just have shit taste
>you need to be high/drunk to fully appreciate it
>you just need to play the previous games
>it was good at the time

Let me guess you got filtered by the controls and the first goblin killed you 5 times in a row

>you just have shit taste
This is true most of the time.
Go play FIFA or some shit, normalfaggot.

>>it was good at the time
Classic Ocarina of Time excuse.

>8 different ways to say your game is a shit

Don't even. It was great for it's time. It has aged like shit but still a fun playable game. But this is bait. And I took it.

>you just gotta be yourself
>you just gotta put yourself out there
>you just need to go out more
>you just need to try harder
>you just need to keep trying
>you just can't give up
>you are good enough
>you can find someone
>you aren't hopeless
>if you never even try then you'll always fail

It's not bait.
Your post is the definition of all that is wrong about OOT discussions.
Everytime I point out that OOT is not a flawless masterpiece, people like (You) come out of the woodworks going through 5 stages of grief (you are on denial) to defend their asinine view.
Imagine reading "I didn't like OOT" and immediately thinking "yep, that must be bait". For any other game, we call this fanboyism.

I didn't like OOT, and I've played it for the first time just last year.
The game didn't "age well" in that the combat was not complex, it was not deep, the dungeons were a bore, the puzzles were easy and tedious, the story was generic and I just wanted a skip button, the plattforming was not difficult...

On the topic of combat, it actually became somewhat decent when fighting against that one giant enemy with the pillars, reminded me a lot of Dark Souls (which apparently was inspired by OOT), but that enemy is more of an exception, when I wanted him to be the rule.

Ah. So you're autistic. Tl;dr.

It gets good XD hours into the game

Just like cunny huh?

>it was good at the time
I fail to see what's the problem with this.

>OOT was not good
Tell me one Zelda-like game for home consoles from that time that was good.

You are going back to the mountain

>lesbian rape mountain

I know this is bait but why is children game easy is an awful excuse. I’ve been replaying OOT and it’s a good game, especially given the context.

>it gets good X0 hours in

FF7 and Kojimbox games, I will never more play anything that that chink will make.

There is no reason, for someone who plays video games for fun, to play something that you admit is no longer fun as time passed.

The real lesson behind all of this is that good things in life come out of nowhere so you always need to be present to catch it. A person randomly takes a liking to you, an employer picks you over the 10 equally valid candidates, you suddenly have a major breakthrough in a hobby or skill or your own health after months of nothing. But you have to show up everyday or it might fly right by.

>turn off mods
>try to play the game seriously instead of autistically roleplaying
>game automatically becomes 10 times better
