This game is fucking sweet, why do persona fans seem to not like it?

I remember the original game went downhill since they couldn't top the 1st arc

The characters, story, setting, art direction and social links just don't resonate with me. I prefer 4 and 3 in that order over 5.

I even bought Royal to beat the game again to see if I could appreciate it better after a fee years but I dropped it after 1 hour.
Also I HATE the female singer for this game, that alone drops one or two points to what's already Meguro's weakest work in years for me.

Not hating on 5, I really wanted to like it. I'd day even persona 1 would be much better if it had a modern combat system.

To be fair, both series are shit, both kinds of fans are faggots, and both need to shut the fuck up. And as a fan of both SMT and Persona, my opinion is worth more than yours. Go fuck yourselves, have a rotten day.

Pg4 is a solid and comfy 8/10 from start to finish.
P5R starts out a 10/10 before nosediving to a 5 for the rest of the game until the third semester where it becomes a 10/10 again.

Still don’t understand why people say this

Was extremely stylish, but it runs on too long and the story of "adults bad!!" got old really fast. Persona 4 had way more atmosphere, and the tone of "kids solving a small town murder" was more interesting than "let's get these pedos to change their hearts about abusing kids!". Getting new people to join your team was a chore and all the social links were pretty bad except for Yusuke's and that fag that gets bullied at school. None of the girls are good, all are shit-tier compared to the girls in 4. Even a tranny like Naoto is better than the best girl 5 has to offer. Also Futaba is a disgusting crotchbeard NEET, anyone who likes her probably eats their own bellybutton lint. The music, menu and graphics are so well done they trick you into thinking the game has soul.

every bad thing of p5 was first pioneered in p4.
p3 and p5 are the better games, p4 almost ruined the entire franchise

P4 plot is only interesting if you haven’t been spoiled on it (and literally everyone has been now). That’s how you know it’s a weak story, P5 doesn’t have this issue.

That’s kind of just how mystery thrillers work. Not really P4’s fault just the nature of the genere.

I understand not being a fan of Okumura's Spaceship or Shido's Ship, but I thought that the rest of the palaces were a lot of fun to run through. Kamoshida's Castle had the most personal story tied to it, but it was basic as fuck and its easy to run through it in a day or two.

Also the music in the castle ain't shit compared to the Bank, Tomb or the Casino.
