There are a lot of obscure gems: games that are really good but most people haven't played them. My question is this: What are some obscure MASTERPIECES? Games almost no one has played but which objectively hold their own against all the known masterpieces?

I remember getting this for free. Still haven't touched it. It's just a platformer with a color switching gimmick ala Ikaruga right?
why?
That's right, user.
Neat. Someday I shall play it. Maybe.

I'll shill Jet Force Gemini for as long as I'm able. a 5th gen arcade game has no right to have this much shit in it (Even if the tribal stuff can go fly a kite) especially the chain of deals you do in the second half that feels like a prototype Metroid Prime.

Im still mad that this game did multiplayer so right when other games still refuse it. Besides the bonus game stuff like deathmatch that was also in DK64 because Rare was based, they had a co-op single player character that was a little robot that could hover around and shoot while being attached to Player 1. I keep hearing about how splitscreen just isnt possible anymore but why cant more developers to fun shit like letting your kid or friend shoot at stuff while you control
The only issue with the Sega CD version is that its too easy, i prefer the PC Engine version for that reason.
