Probably a bait thread but I'll bite. Aim your sight at head level and just sweep left or right. Playing it like a boomer shooter is probably the best way to do a controller without aim assist.

That scope is mounted far too high. The mechanical offset is going to be more substantial at that height, making shots arc more drastically when shooting farther than the sighted in range, thus requiring more adjustment to get on target. That rifle would do better with a pair of low rings, especially with a scope that looks to have an objective diameter of no more than 40mm. Also, her stance is bad. Sitting on your ass with your left leg in the air balacing the rifle on your left knee is far more stable.
