Miyoo mini v2. Around $50USD off AliExpress or Amazon($10 more) plays anything and up to PS1 and it's runs PS1 perfectly with no slowdowns. The screen is top tier just as good if not better then switch OLED I'm not even joking.
The mods for it are from Sakura Retro Modding off Etsy. Costs about another $10ish for buttons and decals
