Mickey is more powerful than Sora via Kingdom Hearts and Sora is more powerful than Mario and Sonic via Smash.

According to Who Framed Roger Rabbit, placing cartoons in a chemical vat of turpentine, acetone and benzene (essentially oil, paint thinner and film dissolver) permanently kills cartoons for good.

You greatly underestimate toon powers.
Let me demonstrate why just one Popeye could take them all on.

First to go down would be Sonic not because Sonic is the weakest but for toon reasons that will become apparent later. He does a punch that hits Sonic so hard that Sonic turns into a jewelry store. Next he punches Kratos so hard he explodes into a white cloud of ash that Popeye then blows away via his pipe. Next he punches Master Chief so hard his soul is seen flying to heaven with a Halo ring as his angel halo. Finally he hits Mario who then shrinks to the small Mario followed by a rapid succession of punches causing Mario to increasingly shrink to smaller and smaller Marios until he is microscopic and cannot bee seen. After the fight is over Popeye looks around for Olive Oil who he then sees exiting the jewelry store wearing tons of gold rings having spent the duration of the fight spending all of Popeye's money on expensive diamond rings.
