I got a vita but i'm still glad that the emulator which will help with game preservation, i will probably want to replay the dungeon travelers series in 10 years and don't know how much Vita's will cost by then or if mine will still work.
A law should exist to make video game companies release the code of their consoles to the public after 20 years to make emulation a thing or release emulator themselves for video game preservation.
