No. The tactile feedback of rubber membrane is the switch collapsing which feels mushy
O-rings still allow the click of a mechanical switch if you opt for it. For a linear mechanical switch it still feels smooth, but when you press all the way you just get stopped. It's different from the rubber dome buckling because you don't actually need to hit the bottom of the keypress, and nothing moves when you do
