Its just like modding Skyrim. Just use MO1 instead of MO2 if you want to use Stutter Remover and DXVK, which you sjould. Use BOSS instead of LOOT to sort your load order. Wrye Bash can take care of all Oblivion bashed patch needs, no need for Mator Smash.

Have fun, also install the correct version of OBSE (theres one for retail, steam, and GoG versions), and install OBSE plugins like Oblivion Stutter Remover manually. MO can't read OBSE plugins.
