This. Hard Mode takes this game from a a 7/10 to a 9/10 by making it unironically high IQ. One of my complaints about FF7R is that hard mode isn't available from the start, it feels like this game was balanced around it but they were too afraid to scare off the normie fans.
Also one of the few games I'm going to platinum, and I love Jessie.
