Definitely Shez vs Byleth, we can see and hear a bit of their fight in the third trailer here That's when I think it'll play, Byleth keeps turning back time so you can't kill them, Shez keeps getting brought back by Arval, maybe it's through the fight that Arval remembers their manufactured purpose

Sothis's line about seeking revenge from the first trailer is interesting now that we know it is Shez who seeks revenge against Byleth. Will Shez and Sothis communicate with each other somehow? But why would Sothis encourage Shez to kill Byleth? It must be misdirection, somehow.

Sothis will be waking up, but without the events of Three Houses, will not have any context for their existence. Arval had "pure emotion" when seeing Kronya, so there is a chance that Sothis will feel "pure emotion" when running into Awakened Shez or a member of TWSITD. Alois is aware of Jeralt's Mercenaries now, and could very well try hiring them to work for the Knights of Seiros since Rhea is to be evacuated from Garreg Mach.
Without Byleth having a chance to bond with anyone at the Monastery, there's a tremendous possibility that Rhea could "poison" Byleth's perspective of things, which in turn will affect Sothis, especially since at some point Byleth will need to get the Sword of the Creator. Whether or not Rhea absconds with it when evacuating the Monastery, or if a task force returns later to retrieve it, I couldn't tell you.
