The second is from the Nibelheim Manor's cellar where files on Cloud, Zack, and Tifa were kept that labelled Cloud and Tifa as 'failures', even though Tifa survived and Cloud's Jenova treatment was actually a success, though Cloud's files will likely have been taken or destroyed by Sephiroth leaving a suspicious gap.
