It probably has a 1 year exclusivity. Kingdom Hearts is a special case though because I think Epic helped with the ports. If neo twewy doesn't have the same problem then it is certainly coming to Steam.

Also, did you guys know that if you lay down another Time Bomb within the vicinity of one, it will set off the minute the other bomb goes off, setting off a chain reaction and extending the blast range?
