I played since launch, but just playing for a couple of months will make you experience everything the game has to offer
>garbage story that wastes their few chapters per episode with a random character saying a one liner instead of a story segment
>same rotating gamemodes constantly
>whale baiting modes like AR, arena and pvp
>no dual audio
It's mind bogglingly boring, they really try to do the least amount of effort possible for FEH.

The OCs, whatever crumbs of story they throw our way, combined with how you just need to play the game for like 2-4 minutes a day, are the only reasons I even bother playing the game nowadays.
But I like the OCs well enough. And while the story always fails to live up to its potential, it's at least moderately interesting to see what could have been had they taken the ideas more seriously.
